Gossip Girl's Penn Badgley in GQ Magazine - Hot or Not?

The man looks delicious in a suit!!! And I never knew Penn's face was so chiseled. I watch Gossip Girl religiously, but this is news to me. Penn has never struck me as cute. He's so guy-I-see-everyday-on-the-street and so what's the big deal, ya know? He's just like one of those guys who remains in the friend zone because he's just not attractive when you're sober. Then one day you have a very, detailed dream about doing obscene stuff together and you're like, okay, he's not half bad - at least not in our dream. Maybe there's something I'm missing? But you never find out because you rather obsess over guys way outta your league who don't open the door for you and don't offer their balls to you like Penn does.
