Lindsay Lohan Stalker Arrested and Released
Police are withholding the name of a 38 year-old headcase accused of stalking Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were leaving Scottsdale Arizona club Jackrabbit Lounge at 1:30 a.m. when the dude lunged for the fireho.
"The gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha, and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan, so he immediately attacked her and started yelling 'I love her, I love her,' " the club's owner, Dan Wierck, told the local ABC affiliate.
Bodyguards and police were quick to tackle the man and Lohan and Ronson were subsequently ushered off the premises. Police said they contacted Lohan and Ronson at their local hotel, where both women denied knowing the man. He was subsequently released after spending several hours in custody.
Police haven't confirmed whether or not the stalker loser S.O.B. will face charges as a result of the incident. He was initially arrested for disorderly contact after pushing a guard so he could get closer to LiLo.
What kind of world do we live in if we can't shout out "I love her!" at someone? I think it's kind of romantic. Not as moving as declaring your love in the sky with a banner or writing words in the clouds, but it comes in a close second.

The story from E! says that his name wasn't released and I just read the story on ABC that does say his name. I got his mugshot from a 3rd site that said his name wasn't released.
Kudos to you for posting the name of Lindsay Lohan's fan and thanks for so politely correcting me.

Um.... They didn't withold shit. The man's name is daniel patrick combs. Why would they withold a name but release the dude's picture dumbass.

And Lindsay and Sam went to Jackrabbit because Sam had a DJ gig there. Samantha is so in demand, but I read a recent interview w/ her where she says all her money goes to her lawyers. She works hard but she's not even able to enjoy it.

I was just at Jackrabbit last Thursday. The club sucks and I am surprised they went there. At any rate doesn't this guy look like Maggie's man Peter S? I think so.
