Why do I feel like Akon got off easy?

Akon pleaded guilty Wednesday to harassment for tossing a fan off stage at an upstate New York concert last year.

He will serve no jail time as long he performs 65 hours of community service and pays a $250 fine, according to the plea bargain in Fishkill Town Court.

The 35-year-old singer threw a teenage boy off the stage during a June 2007 concert at a minor league baseball stadium near Poughkeepsie. Another concertgoer said she suffered a concussion when the teen landed on her.

Witnesses said a spectator threw something at Akon during the show at Dutchess Stadium. After he asked the crowd to point out the culprit, a security guard picked up a 15-year-old boy and sent him up to the stage. Akon hoisted the teen onto his shoulders and flung him into the crowd.

Police are withholding the name of a 38 year-old headcase accused of stalking Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were leaving Scottsdale Arizona club Jackrabbit Lounge at 1:30 a.m. when the dude lunged for the fireho.

"The gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha, and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan, so he immediately attacked her and started yelling 'I love her, I love her,' " the club's owner, Dan Wierck, told the local ABC affiliate.

Bodyguards and police were quick to tackle the man and Lohan and Ronson were subsequently ushered off the premises. Police said they contacted Lohan and Ronson at their local hotel, where both women denied knowing the man. He was subsequently released after spending several hours in custody.

Police haven't confirmed whether or not the stalker loser S.O.B. will face charges as a result of the incident. He was initially arrested for disorderly contact after pushing a guard so he could get closer to LiLo.

What kind of world do we live in if we can't shout out "I love her!" at someone? I think it's kind of romantic. Not as moving as declaring your love in the sky with a banner or writing words in the clouds, but it comes in a close second.

Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford, 40, says that she still breast feeds her 2-year-old son Hermes. Kelly is expecting her second child with husband Daniel Giersch this summer.

"It's an amazing bond with your child. Some cultures do it up to five years, normally. I thought, ‘Well, I'll just do it as long as it feels right for my son. I was thinner after my pregnancy than before, and I think a lot of it was the nursing. They say it helps your body get back to shape in a natural way."

Diddy threw his baby mama Kimmy Porter a birthday party Monday night in West Hollyweird and I'm kind of weirded out by the guest list. Why is Diddy all over Grey's Anatomy cast members' nuts?

Nearly 30 guests, including Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery, co-star Sara Ramirez and reality TV's Lisa Gastineau, gathered at Murano Restaurant & Lounge to celebrate Porter's 38th birthday.

Like, huh, what?

Porter â€" the mother of Diddy's nearly 2-year-old twin girls and 10-year-old son â€" arrived fashionably late to the restaurant, which was filled festive with red balloons and streamers. The night's soundtrack was a mix of old school 70s R&B prepared by Murano owner Sandy Sachs.

"The group serenaded Kim to Stevie Wonder's "Happy Birthday," and then they presented her with a cake."

While Diddy stuck to ginger ale at the party, the other guests sipped on a specialty lemon drop martini made with Ciroc vodka designed for the occasion. A four course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Luciano Sautto was served.

Kim is the mother of 2-year-old identical twin girls and a 10-year-old son with Diddy. The restaurant is closed on Mondays, but opened up for Kim's private party... and now I'm hungry. I can only imagine what food at a Diddy party tastes like. Yum.

While on the Howard Stern show Pete Wentz said,
