Another One Bites The Dust

This extremely saddening because I literally just had a Party of Five marathon over the Christmas break. Jennifer Love Hewitt and her fiance Ross McCall have split up. A source close to the Ghost Whisperer star told People Magazine,

"They broke up over the holidays and have ended their engagement. They're both really sad about this. Even their friends are surprised; they seemed really happy. Everyone just wants the best for both of them."

The couple got engaged in November 2007 after they had been dating for two years. This is all made sadder by Jennifer's statement in October. The actress said, "I'm getting ready to turn 30 and get married and all those things. This year was my year to try to glow from within and feel better."

Even though breakups are incredibly sad and disappointing, it's good to know that Jennifer is so mature. She could have been like most celebrities and gotten married quick, but she didn't. She was with Ross McCall for three years before she made the decision to break things off. Trés classy J.Love.
