Shia LaBeouf's driver's license has been suspended for one year after he refused to take a breathalyzer test following his July 2008 car crash.

The Indiana Jones actor's suspension -- which took effect on Jan. 17 -- is the result of "refusal of chemical tests" after the accident, the Department of Motor Vehicles confirmed.</
