My future baby daddy on the Michael Phelps bong picture scandal.
"God forbid he hit a bong. Go ask your 20-year-old kid what they did last weekend. I'm not saying it was a smart move. But he doesn't need to be publicly outed for it.
"Whoever put the pic out is an ass!"
I couldn't have said it better myself, Ashton! The backlash is completely ridiculous and can you imagine how paranoid Phelps will be now?!!! Kinda sad. He can't take an effing hit without a scandal and whoever took the picture is really a piece of trash.
I haven't done a single interview when the celebrity or public figure I interviewed didn't say some things that would sound horrible in print and salacious, but I never print it. To take down a champion so you can make a few quick bucks is deplorable and I hope that person regrets it forever.

I kind of feel like it's right for him to get shit for what he did. He is such a big role model now and has a lot of fans, as well as getting paid big bucks for sponsorship...so he is representing those companies and himself (of course) round the clock. He gets paid so well because he gets people paid so well! So doing something like that kinda fucks up that relationship. It's kinda his responsibility to make sure he stays the image he gets paid to be.
Miley is kinda in the same situation with her recent photo controversy and I did say that I hated her (even more) for it, so I would feel kinda hypocritical if I didn't feel the same way about Mikey pooh. I just hate him ( a lot) less.

But the person who exploited the pic should burn in hell :)

Thanks, Sica!
That's what I'm talking about. Someone spends nearly his entire life training to compete in the Olympics and some a-hole opportunist wants to cash in and take him down?! That is so cruel. Some people really disgust me. Haters are dangerous. The Hater Maffia is worth than the Italian or Mexican Maffia. Word! Hehe.

They look like chin twinsies in this photo... anyhoo. Ashton was wearing his fingers to the bone twittering about this, how on earth does he find the time to do that. Also, from what I saw he was kind of ignored by whoever runs the Phelps Twitter page (?)
Anyhoo, the idiot who sold the pics has their cash and can now hopefull crawl back under their rock.

I feel like the person that took the pic is a complete douche, and knew what they were doing. But I also feel Michael Phelps deserves the backlash. You would think they he learned his lesson back in 2004 when he got his DUI right after Athens, but h clearly didn't. It's not like he is Ashton Kutcher. Michael is an Olympian. Being a role model comes with the territory! It's not a big deal to smoke a little weed at home but if you are out at the party, set the bong aside and just chill.

Agreed with Ashton's statement. And eff whomever took and submitted that pic to the media! What an ass! The person was most likely seeking an enormous payout by media organization(s).
Nothing is wrong with anyone having a great time, but I agree that public figures (including Michael) are role models and have a reputaton to uphold. They should exercise better discretion because they're in the spotlight and it underscores that nobody can be trusted in this world! It's a dog-eat-dog world, after all.
