Carrie Underwood Talks About Chris Brown And Rihanna
Last night at the American Idol Experience launch, Carrie Underwood was asked about Chris Brown and Rihanna. Carrie says she saw them at Clive Davis' party and "they were fine."
"I don't think anybody actually knows what happened. I have no advice because, thank goodness, I've never been in any kind of abusive situation."
She also said that she wishes people "would stop" spreading rumors about what led to the incident.
"You hear a new one every five minutes, and some of them are getting kind of ridiculous. I really hope everyone will lay off and just let everybody who's involved figure out everything first."
I don't really know if anything being said is ridiculous. It's not unrealistic for someone to attack another person over a text message. I've heard of worse things that occurred because of jealousy. Even though I disagree with Carrie I still think she is fabulous.

i think this is all sh*t and people should stop talking until they find out the details. i stille like chris brown and rihanna and ithink that if the things that people are saying is not true rihanna should come up and confess

The point is that all these leaks are coming from unofficial "sources" and people aren't waiting for the official reports from the DA and the police. People are jumping to conclusions, some of them are blaming the victim (herpes, she hit him first). IMO Carrie's right. It's a horrible situation and it's hard to imagine any scenario where Chris Brown was justified but we shouldn't let our thirst to know what happened translate into believing everything TMZ and random gossip sites say.
