I thought Claymates were a loyal group of gays and ladies in mom jeans more vicious than the maffia on crack. I was wrong. They love to get on message boards and give anal sex instructions, but they're not out purchasing Clay's albums like they should.
Clay Aiken has parted ways with RCA. A source tells Billboard Aiken left the label a couple of months ago, on the heels of his 2008 album, "On My Way Here."
That set sold just 159,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Aiken's 2003 debut, "Measure of a Man," sold 2.78 million.
The artist joins a slew of second place finishers -- Katharine McPhee, Justin Guarini, Blake Lewis and Bo Bice, among them -- let go from their major-label deals post-"Idol."
I hope Gayken will get a new label soon.

No doubt he'll be signed again...as much as peeps want to diss him, he does have real talent, imo.
As to his fans...not all are fucking idiots, obviously. Some are just so ridiculous, he must think at times "shit, what the hell???". He's actually pretty intelligent and actually his blog after he came out was pretty concrete yet compassionate, and he allowed two weeks on his fan club of free for all bitching (which, I might add, was disgusting, what was said..I'd have told them to fuck off, but he's classier than me, apparently), them said they were moving on, as was he. Can't help it...I think he's talented, bawdy, smart ass, yet a decent human being. Y'alls might disagree, it's all good...but I still thinks he's the real deal.
And his boyfriend is cute and talented...loves it!
Peace!
Missed me, Firecracker???:-)
