After Miley Cyrus posted a racist picture of her and her non-Asian friends stretching out their eyes, she gave an "apology" citing that they were simply "making goofy faces" and the only reason we're talking about her is because Brit Brit isn't bats*it anymore.

Miley began her apology with the following,

"I've also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces!" she wrote. "Well, I'm sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!"

Miley Cyrus' half-hearted "apology" isn't convincing the Organization of Chinese Americans.

"The picture is offensive and now this statement is inadequate," George Wu, Executive Director of the OCA, an Asian-American equality group tells Celebuzz.

That's not enough, says Wu: "It's not a real apology. We're not backing down without a fuller apology."

I'm thrilled that the Organization of Chinese Americans is still displeased with Miley Cyrus and they're not backing down. If only she allowed her PR rep to write her apology this would be over right now. But a "Well, I'm sorry!" doesn't exactly have a heartfelt and sincere ring to it. Dumb Disney Slut!

First of all, Dancing with the Stars is actually Dancing with the Has Beens. Most contestants go on the show as a last ditch effort to revive their failed careers. This season, however, the contestants are already successful.

Where do I begin?! Billionaire Steve Wozniak, (founder of Apple) is a contestant?! Does he need money? He's the definition of success. Then there's Nancy Fucking O'Dell - an EMPLOYED bitch, co-host of Access Hollywood. Jewel and her husband Ty Murray are contestants and so is Giles Marini, naked dude from Sex and the City?! Thank gawd, I will watch. Yum! Shawn Johnson? She's beyond adorable. I'm already rooting for her.

DWTS' casting is fairly predictable now: Olympian, athletes, reality stars, has been singers and musicians. This year has a few surprises, like I noted above. And I think it will be fun to watch. Tameka Raymond, 37, had a medical emergency, reps for Raymond's husband, the musician Usher, said Monday:

"Tameka Raymond is in stable condition after suffering complications from routine surgery in Brazil. Her husband Usher is with her at the hospital," the rep added.

"No further details will be released, and the family requests privacy at this difficult time."

I'm SO glad that Tameka is okay!!!

Now get back to the States and spill it, y'all! I wanna know what work Tameka got done. Is she gonna look like Lil Kim? Can her breasts now be used as flotation devices? Will she be rockin' a Kardashian ass, what? Hope it was worth it.

Did you watch the 2009 Grammys last night? Well if you didn't, I have the video performances for you here. Best performances were Chris Martin & Jay-Z, M.I.A. Swagger Like Us with Kanye West, Jay-Z, T.I. and Lil Wayne. M.I.A. was due yesterday, but that didn't stop her from wearing polka dots on her baby bump and performing one of the best songs of 2008! She is a goddess and my feminist hero. Heh.

Al Green and JT were energetic and fun and Estelle and Kanye's performance was good, but only because I want his jacket. A lot of videos have been pulled already so I'm posting the ones I could still find. Videos after the jump.

I'm sorry, but is Kelly Clarkson actually a midget and we just don't know it? Why the fuck do her arms look  so short and obese?! She could easily flap her wings and fly back to Texas for more soul food whenever she wants to. Does she already do this on a frequent basis?

After attending Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party yesterday in Beverly Hills, Chris Brown allegedly hit Rihanna in a car. Rihanna and Chris have canceled their Grammy appearances at the last minute. Rihanna was supposed to perform, but according to The Insider, Rihanna's face is still "slightly bruised."

Chris Brown is under investigation for alleged domestic violence felony battery, the LAPD confirms.

Around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, the R&B singer and a woman were in a vehicle in L.A. when they became involved in an argument. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker, according to police.

The LAPD received a 911 call reporting the disturbance. When officers arrived they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene, the statement reads. The LAPD is conducting an investigation into the incident.

I guess it's safe to say the Rihanna and Chris Brown's relationship has officially ended. There is no way Princess RiRi is going to stay with Chris after this. In my book, any man who hits a woman is a ridiculous coward, but hitting the woman who pops your zits is seriously crossing the line, buddy.

UPDATE: Chris Brown turned himself in to the LAPD and has been released on $50,000 bail.
