Usher's wife Tameka Foster Raymond has suffered a serious injury due to complications from plastic surgery in Brazil, reports Access Hollywood.

On Saturday night, Usher canceled his performance the Recording Academy and Clive Davis's Pre-Grammy Gala. Davis told party-goers the singer had to bow out due to a "serious injury in the family."

On Sunday, Davis, Sony Music Worldwide's chief creative officer, told PEOPLE. "I talked to his mom. My thoughts are with them, whatever they're facing."

Foster, 37, gave birth to the couple's second child, Naviyd Ely Raymond, in December. The two have an older son, Usher Raymond V, and Foster also has three sons from a previous relationship. The couple have been married since August 2007.

A neurosurgeon from Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles is en route to South America to treat Tameka!

This is so sad!! Is Tameka the new Donda West? She's the mother of five children. I can't wait for details on this. I hope Tameka will be all right. I kind of feel awful for calling her Usher's husband and a tranny all the time, now she has gone under the knife?

Taylor Swift appeared on CSI. How many lines did she have? She looks cute.

These past few weeks have been really tough for Jessica Simpson. She's created an uproar with her new larger figure. Then rumors came out that her boyfriend, Cowboy's Quarterback Tony Romo was cheating on her. This and the many technical difficulties may have lead to Jessica's breakdown at a concert in Grand Rapids

"My voice is weak tonight," she said, tearfully, "and I feel so vulnerable onstage." Problems plagued the performance, as Simpson had issues with her ear piece, her voice, and just holding it together emotionally. "Sorry," she mouthed to the crowd, as she lost her place in a song.

At one point during the show, the 28-year-old had her band restart a song after several bars; at another, Simpson admitted she wished she could "walk off the stage," but gamely persevered until the end, giving props to her band. "They had my back the whole time," she said. It appeared that the singer left the stage in tears after her final song, professing her love for the encouraging crowd.

I wish I could feel bad for Jessica, but I really can't. She puts herself out there a lot of the time. She doesn't need to let the public in on her personal life, and now that she has she's more open to attacks. Toughen up Jessica!

Jennifer Aniston's next movie is called The Baster and it will costar Jason Bateman:

Bateman and Aniston will play best friends Wally and Kassie. When Wally learns that Kassie plans to become pregnant through artificial insemination, he replaces the donor's semen with his own and must live with the secret that he is the father of her child.

Wait, this is a romantic comedy? It sounds more like an episode of Maury to me. I think Jen is trying to be funny by picking this role. I mean she's getting old and has no children and the tabloids are always claiming she is pregnant, but this time I think the joke is going to be on her. This movie sounds tragic rather than funny.

I like Isla Fisher. I think she's fierce and gorgeous, but I am not feeling her attire in these pictures. These were taken at the Confessions of a Shopaholic premiere in New York. I can't say I hate the dress, but I don't think its appropriate for this event.

She's supposed to be the star of this movie, and from what I've seen, this movie is saturated in bright beautiful colors. She should have worn some bright and gorgeous that screamed movie star. This dress doesn't do that by any means. On to the shoes. Aside from the fact that they are the ugliest color I have ever seen, they are also shaped really weird. I personally don't think there is enough toe in those peep toes.

It looks like Hayden Panettierre (19) and Milo Ventimiglia (31) are dunzo. If they aren't dunzo then Hayden is a cheater cheater pumpkin eater. Radar Online saw Hayden at Crown Bar last night and they claim that she was macking heavily on Jesse McCartney (21). Radar claims that the pair was fervently making out. Jesse was kissing Hayden's neck while she was sitting in his lap. Then she got up and did a "sexy dance" for him.

Even though Jesse is slightly douchey I still support this decision. Hayden is 19! She needs to get away from old man Milo and have some fun. If she feels like hooking up with a random pop singer then she should.

Every year Clive Davis has a Pre-Grammy party. This party is notorious for having amazing singers perform. This year is no different. Jennifer Hudson is stopping by and performing for the second time since her family tragedy.

Leona Lewis will also be performing. She will be forming her cover of Snow Patrol's Run!. There is one other performer. That would be Whitney Houston. Whitney Houston "will, barring any physical ailments, perform at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party," a rep for Davis told Page Six.

Aside from performers, a bunch of other big names will be attending the party. Attendees include The Foo Fighters, Will.I.Am, and Britney Spears.

In the past week Michael Phelps has gotten caught smoking a bong, been threatened to be arrested, lost his Kellogs endorsement, been suspended from USA Swimming for three months, and now he is threatening to quit swimming all together.

Michael Phelps recently told The Baltimore Sun (HOLLER! B-More) that he may walk away from swimming for good. This would mean he wouldn't swim at the 2012 Olympic Games. Jank face says:

"This is a decision of mine that I'm not going to make today and I'm not going to make tomorrow. It's going to require a lot of time and energy and a lot of thinking for myself - but also talking to Bob and talking to my family and just deciding what I want to do. If I decide to walk away, I'll decide to walk away on my own terms. If it's now, if it's four years, who knows. But it is something I need to think about and decide what I want to do."

Whatever Michael. I just think that the Phelpster loves the publicity. Last week he got caught choking on bongs, this week he is threatening to walk away from swimming. That's just stupid. He is young and could set an even bigger record, and therefore make more money. That is just bad business, and if Michael has done anything smart during his career its doing good business. This is just a ploy to get the attention off of the pot smoking and the subsequent mess that followed.
