Pop on the Pop previously reported that Rihanna is the one who allegedly initiates the physical violence in her relationship with Chris Brown. As my friend who has worked for two major record labels and currently works for a smaller label said,
Rihanna was probably beating on Chris before he began to strike her back. That's allegedly exactly what had happened!!!!
Welford Hart, who lives with Chris Brown's mother, told the New York Post that Rihanna took off her stilettos and began beating him in the head while he was driving. These two are both great catches!
"When you take off your shoes and beat someone with high heels, that's going to hurt. He reacted and tried to get her to stop hitting him, but she kept screaming."
Today TMZ confirms what we already hinted at. Here's an excerpt from TMZ's post today,
Rihanna was the first one to strike -- slapping and striking Brown "numerous times" while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman. And Rihanna was fighting Brown as he punched and hurt her. We're told much of this is reflected in the official police report based on what Rihanna told cops.
Sigh. When will this unhealthy relationship come to an end? Chris Brown will not serve any jail time and Rihanna just may become his Mrs. like my friend also predicted. We just have to wait and see what happens and hope that they will both receive the help that they so desperately need.

It is common for a D A like Cooley to want to go after the man, irreguardless if the woman started the fight or not. To understand why this happens, one needs to understand the politics and a little about how the law is supposed to work.
First, the politics, the people who run the system have to get voted into office, and they do that by pandering to special interest groups and the biggest group is women! They pass so many unreasonable and just plain unconstitutional laws, just to give women the advantage. Now once they have that advantage, the just keep adding more and more special priviledges to women, men end up with virtually no rights because of the serious imbalance that has been created.
This perpetuates itself, women become socially, legally and morally irresponsible, because everytime they do something wrong, the system wants to go after men.
OK, now for the law,now we are not and have not been for a good while under "real common law" ie law based on the arcane concepts of right and wrong. ie you do something wrong and reguardless of who you are ,you get punished!
Such a system is hard,but very fair, no one has a built in advantage. I have little surprize for most people, the remedies in that "old common law system" still existe and if you know how to use them, you can stop some of the bias and prejudice that men often are the victim of. So, I think all men need to take some time and go learn that law. You can, in a lot of situations, stop the aggressive and unlawful behavior of people like Cooley. The courts are corrupt, but they still have to follow the law and if you apply it they can actually protect your rights , even if you are a politically incorrect man.

It is sickening that Oprah, Perez Hilton, and all of Hollywood is treating her like a classic victim and discriminating against a black man who literally had to slam her up against the inside of the car after she refused to get out.
Brown owned up to everything he did and then some, but Rihanna is propounding a sexist feminst lie that (in parallel) harkens back to the days of days of deep racism. She is a horrid woman who deserves the Z list.
