Real Housewives of New York City newcomer Kelly Bensimon was arrested last week for allegedly punching her boyfriend and splitting his cheek open.
According to court documents, Bensimon, a former model, and Stefanov got into a verbal argument, and she struck him with a fist, causing a laceration below his left eye.
“She split his cheek open.”
Kelly’s lawyer, Stephen Turano, says the charges are “unfounded” and she’s pleading not guilty. Kelly was arraigned on Thursday, two days after her alleged assault on Nicholas Stefanov. Kelly is due in court March 31.
Kelly is 40 and Nicholas is 30! She’s known him for three years. Nicholas says that he’s always been “loyal and faithful” to Kelly. Well, that loyalty better end right about now. I don’t condone domestic violence whether the attacker has a uterus or not. It’s disgusting and if this story is true, this bitch makes all cougars look bad. Lock her up!
