Sonia Lewis, regardless of all of the things that you listed about Miley, at 16 years old, she is still a minor.Therefore, her parents are responsible for her actions and they clearly set no guidelines. As far as I am concerned, they are to blame because they allow their underage child to behave this way.I mean seriously, where are her parents!?
