Jess, Tony, and Jessica's butt cheeks were all spotted leaving Beso restaurant. I've reviewed supersized versions of these shots and Jess was wearing some yeast infection inducing G-string at the time.

There has to be a law against this. These are upshot & she was not posing. These are sexual assult picture. Clearly the guy was on the ground looking for this shot.
You are assuming Jessica was drunk. I hope something legal can be done about this & everyone else that posts them here on in.

If you view the video neither Tony nor Jessica could see for all the flashes. Thats not a drunk look at all it is she cannot see.

Firecracker, you need to grow a brain. Those pictures were taken from the ground up, behind her, as she was walking into a restaurant. No woman deserves this type of treatment. This article and pictures are so wrong. Just from looking at the pictures, it's hard to believe that this type of abuse is legal.

I feel bad for her because I think it's just as wrong as snapping shots from under/above a bathroom stall door. True, the pics are taken from behind where she couldn't have known what was happening. In the large pic it looks like she might be trying to cover what could have been a front upskirt. I just feel bad for the girl, though.

It is very evident upon reviewing the video that Jessica nor Tony in anyway knew this was taking place. They didn't have a chance to react. Blinding lites in your face means you cannot see what is happening & least of all behind you. They were trying to get into the building. Jessica was not posing for any of these pics. To think that men stoop so low when clearly there is enough women out there that will show you whats under the skirt is a form of abuse. While flashes were being taken some dirty pervert decided to bend down when know one else was looking & take that shot. It is an abuse of his privledge to own a camera. Its time now the government put into place some regulations on distances kept with the celebrities.
This is OH SO NOT right. Someone better find some legal action here from the origional pics.
I feel terrible for Jessica & Tony both. It's a dirty world out there.

I think Tony blew this one. He entered the building first & did not protect her in the least. Dropped her hand & headed inside. Any gentleman would have had his girlfriend enter the building first. He pretty much hung Jessica out to dry. Now thats a real man!
Tony needs to grow up.
