Kelly Clarkson Sings the National Anthem at Yankee Stadium Video
Miss Piggy Clarkson was on hand to sing the national anthem at the new Yankees Stadium in the Bronx, New York today. The plus-sized American Idol winner was covering up all her rolls underneath a thick jacket.
I know I'm relentless when it comes to Jelly Clarkson, but I just wish she'd do something with herself. She has the money and the resources to get in shape.
I was looking at old photos of her just a few minutes ago and she is beautiful when she's thin. I am just like Kelly - when I gain weight it goes to my face. I'm not knocking her for being chunky, but some people carry extra weight around much better than others and she's not one of 'em, so she should put in some damn effort.
Maybe Kelly didn't gain a pound since the last time I've seen her via her American Idol "My Life Would Suck Without You" performance, but it's evident that she has a love affair with food and a hatred for exercise.
I hope she gets hawt again. Not a good look, Miss Piggy.
UPDATE: I just found the video. Kelly was a soul sistah.

Who cares how much she weighs, she's beautiful and has a voice to match. She never claimed to be a model, she is famous for her voice. There is way too much pressure on celebrities and women in general to be stick thin these days. You obviously are bashing her for not being 90 pounds, I'm sure your bugger than she is douche bag.

This sounds like it is coming from some insecure fatass who is as shallow as a puddle. Maybe she is just doing this so she can show the media and stupid bloggers that looks don't matter, only skill and talent do. Her talent is shown beautifully in this video clip, and if I were not a Red Sox fan, I might have watched it instead of just listened to it.

Kelly does not carry her weight well. If she did than it really wouldn't matter that she's plus sized. That's what I was trying to express. I'm not knocking Jelly Clarkson for being big, but I am knocking her for not doing anything about it and continuing to gain.
And I wrote this post with the picture only, then discovered the video on another site and added it.
Kelly Clarkson's rendition was soulful and I gave her credit by calling her a "soul sistah."
