I didn't wanna be mean - lol - and mention Gaga's saggy tits. I sleep in a bra but I see this everyday. I remember a friend of mine had saggy boobs at 18 and would ask me how come I was perky. She still didn't sleep in a bra. It helps!

But yeah, Lady GaGa probably duct taped her nipples in an effort to accessorize the top she's wearing in that top pic. Well, on second thought, I think she did it principally to present herself as edgy and for attention from everyone, which I guess is now paying her dividends.
