Now this is one f*ckship that I could get behind! As much as I think Lily Allen's too good for John Player, I think she's the only one who wouldn't be constantly swooning over him and would show him who's fierce.

I don't see what people like John Mayer, guess my darling Lily has worse taste in men than I thought.

The comment, was clearly taken out of context. When you read the entire entry, it's easy to understand, that Lily Allen is complimenting his music. It's also clear that when this was reported, it's set up to make people here mainly the first part of that entry. Twitter pages are for random idea's greetings updates, and humor, they are not reports.

Lily Allen only dates a man, if she has known him for awhile, or he would be someone that is a friend of a friend. (that's on video tape) as far as I know, Lily Allen & john Mayer, have never met. She's very careful about personal relationships, (in general) but mainly because of the media attention.
