Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have hit an all-time low; yes, it's possible. The newlyweds walked a beach in Mexico while wearing masks to prevent themselves from catching the deadly swine flu.
How badly do you wanna remove those masks and shove their heads into a sewer? I know I do. Speidi has made a photo opp out of a pandemic disease. Completely disgusting.
