I'm hoping that the tabloids will get to work cause something salacious must have happened. Kelis has filed for divorce from Nas. She is seven months pregnant with their son.
Her rep has issued the standard 'It's None a Yo Bizniss!' statement,
"We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time."
Nas, 35, and milkshaker Kelis, 29, met at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards after-party and got hitched in Atlanta in 2005.
Now this is a Friday shocker!
UPDATE: A lawyer for Kelis filed divorce papers Thursday afternoon citing verbal abuse and infidelity. In February, Nas said he was "so happy" after finding out Kelis was expecting their first child.

Good for her for stepping out of the marriage after he was caught stepping out on her! I love women who are strong enough to tell their baby daddies to fuck off, rather then becoming doormats because they got sperminated.
