I'm no fan of Carrie Prejean, but I do not think that she should lose her crown over one grainy photo of her clenching her pancake tits. However, pageant directors Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler have been in closed-door meetings all day yesterday deciding Carrie's fate. Her topless photo is not the reason why she may lose her crown. The hypocritical Christian may be stripped of her title for many reasons.
Carrie had signed a 12-page contract that prohibits Miss California from making personal appearances, giving interviews or making commercials without permission from pageant officials. In other words, Carrie has done everything that she was not supposed to do!
In the last two weeks, Prejean, 21, has made televised appearances at her local church in San Diego and on behalf of the National Organization for Marriage, a group opposed to same-sex marriage.
The contract also contains a clause asking participants to acknowledge whether they have conducted themselves "in accordance with the highest ethical and moral standards." As an example, it asks if they have ever been photographed nude or partially nude.
"As you can see from the contract, she violated multiple items," Neal said in a statement to the Associated Press.
Prejean, however, insisted the pics were just modeling shots and that she was only 17 years old -- a minor -- when they were taken.

I think she should lose her crown. If they specifically asked her via contract to affirm that there were no photos like that out there, and for her to lie about it while signing, then it is a breach of contract and "yes" she should. She's 21 years old. It's not like those pictures were taken that long ago. Many things are coming out about miss goody goody who believes same sex marriage is wrong. She is entitled to her opinion, but don't come across as this little self righteous saint that is being crucified for her Christian believes. C'mon! IF she loses her crown, I betcha she is going to say it's because the "Repeal Prop 8 People" planned to ruin her. I think she will resign if she gets wind this might happen. That way she comes off as the angelic princess she is posing to be.
