I would like to preface this post by saying that Shanna Moakler is a horrible mother, jealous skank and overall idiot!
An attention whore who rather tear people like Lindsay Lohan down would have extreme difficulty forgiving anyone. Let's face it, forgiveness and maturity are two things that Shanna knows nothing about!
In a stark contrast from what Shanna Moakler told People magazine yesterday about wanting to "start fresh" with Carrie Prejean Shanna said, "Our issue was never about her opinions about same-sex marriage or the pictures. Our issue was with her complying with our agreement. When you sign the contract, we ask you to show us everything you are being offered.
"She's part of our family. We care about her. But she's only 21 and we felt like she was being exploited.
Today Shanna has resigned. Shanna has issued the following statement:
"Since the press conference yesterday, I had a chance to think about what has taken place, and I feel that at this time it is in my best interest to resign from the Miss California USA organization.
"I cannot with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it, or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth. I want to be a role model for young woman with high hopes of pageantry, but now feel it more important to be a role model for my children. I am sorry and hope I have not let any young supporters down but wish them the best of luck in fulfilling their dreams."
Shanna doesn't give a crap about the kids that she doesn't spend much time with.
I hope Carrie doesn't feel guilty about this. Shanna is one of the most juvenille sluts in Hollywood. If she weren't such a jealous attention whore than I might be able to co-sign on this, but she's just trying to make herself look good and she's failed. This is an impulsive move of hers! Well done, has been. Well done.

I totally agree. This is a really weird, over reaction from Shanna. It’s like she is trying to make herself some kind of a martyr for a cause or something and it is not a good look on her. In fact, she looks ridiculous. I have a feeling that Shanna will be regretting her decision to resign in the near future.

its really not surprising at all, washed up nobody desperately trying to hold on to her 15 minutes... really she has nothing left to do, pose naked? oh yeah, done it. marry a celeb? oh yeah... get a lame reality show of her own? oh yeah... yep, she done everything else to try and stay, or even be, relevant. i bet right about now ole shanna is earnestly searching boxes in the attic for that old sex tape!!

I agree about Shanna on the personal front; white trash, whore and low budget female. With that said, this is her opinion, remember. I am so proud of her for standing up for what she believes no matter if we all don't see it the same way. To stand up for what you believe and to get criticized is so heroic and brave. As much as I don't like her person, at least she was true to her values and that is all that matters, right?

I believe Shanna made an impulsive move, which kind of differs from standing up for your beliefs. She didn't even give herself 24 hours after the press conference to think about this. Shanna could still work with the Miss Universe organization while being a gay rights advocate.

Carrie was crowned in November, which means that before you know it, she will be replaced. This is about Shanna tryna look good, which she does not. She appears erratic, crazy and like someone who shouldn't be trusted to fulfill her duties. She is shameful and bi-polar. Yesterday she loved Carrie, today she's resigning?
I have a very strong feeling that Perez may have encouraged her to do this too. She sucks.

um, values? she was true to her values??? do a google image search of her and you will see her values, along with the rest of the world! which is ok believe me, i'm all for seeing her values just not hearing of them! how can she now be above the kinds of activities she herself opened the door for todays contestants by doing!? lets be real, its not about 'standing up for what you believe in' cause she only believes in attention and thats ok, just dont pretend otherwise!
