Extra TV correspondent and bony ex-girlfriend of egomaniac Simon Cowell, Terri Seymour, got chocked by a 33 year-old, 200-lb woman at last night's American Idol finale.
Janice Thibodeaux approached Terri and asked her if she's Simon's girlfriend. She then attempted to choke Terri! I guess Terri's response didn't suit her fancy. The psycho fan did this all at an American Idol taping where there's security everywhere. She was then booked on felony battery and is being held on $52,700 bail.
Terri reportedly refused medical treatment and was escorted out by three cops. Fans! And why is TMZ leaving out the only detail we wanna know - is Terri going back out with Simon or not?!! Dayum.

I heard Terri still helps run his life (cos Simon pretends not to be capable of doing it himself). He's got he sprung and can sleep with whomever he chooses, so I assume no reunion.
