Rapper T.I., real name Clifford J. Harris Jr, reported to an Arkansas prison today at 12:29 pm. T.I. arrived in a black van with tinted windows. He was escorted by three vehicles filled with guards and prison officials who followed his van to the prison grounds.
T.I. was booked in Arkansas on a weapons charge conviction and will be serving a year and a day behind bars.
The three-time Grammy winner was also ordered to pay $100,300 in fines.
T.I. will be just fine. Being an incarcerated rapper must be a walk in the park. I hope. You're either sharing your cell, the cafeteria and the yard with your fans... or your haters. But I'm guessing there's more fans behind bars who'll approach him on an hourly basis and launch into some freestyle so he can hook 'em up in the business. Actually, that would be more of a punishment than the prison term itself!
He'll be out before we know it. :)

As with many rappers who are incarcerated, they become more creative and write about their experiences while in prison. T.I. is probably no exception either.

I don't get the hype about him. A criminal in prison. Delightful :)
