Adam Lambert's Debut Indie Album: On With the Show
Adam Lambert is trying to distance himself from indie label Hi Fi Recordings. He made a debut record titled On With the Show, but he doesn't want it to be released to the masses.
On With the Show features 11 songs that Glambert co-wrote and performed, according to the label. Adam says that he only sang songs but didn't do any writing.
Hi Fi says that the record is a "fantastic representation of who Adam is and what inspired him during the months before he became famous." And despite Adam Lambert's wishes to keep the recordings private, he'll still make a good profit from its sales.
HiFi says, "Adam will receive significant royalties just as any superstar artist would. He has the chance, finally, to make a fortune for his work—definitely more with this album than through a major label deal."
You can listen to Adam's song "Want" by clicking HERE. Adam sounds eerily similar to his arch nemesis Clay Aiken. Thankfully Glambert's sound has evolved.
