Allison Iraheta Signs Record Deal
Kris Allen and Adam Lambert have both put their autograph on new record deals. Kris is signed with 19 and Jive while Adam's working with RCA.
Word on the blogs is that Allison Iraheta has signed with Jive Records. Jive has been reportedly "persistent" to sign the major talent.
Clues include a breakfast meeting Allison had with a Jive songwriter, she had another meeting with Jive producer/ songwriter Nick Furlong and Singer/songwriter/producer Drug Grange pretty much spelled it out. Dru Grange said, “had a great day yesterday, went to a meet and greet for American Idol top 4th place JIvE Records artist Allison Iraheta shes needs songs." on his Twitter.
Allison's record deal is a coming, and I hope we get to hear about it soon. Girl needs to strike while the iron is hot. Allison is a rising soulful rocker, baby.
UPDATE: Allison has signed her deal with 19 and Jive. Still no word on Danny F*cking KareGokey.

I love Allison! I knew she'd get a deal even if she lost the contest. In the end, I think she's better off, too, because many Idol losers ended up becoming more successful than the winners themselves. I came across this gallery of all the past "losers." http://tinyurl.com/idolloserphotos Honestly, I remember these guys more than the winners anyway!
