Milk screenwriter and Oscar winner Dustin Lance Black took nude photos and made a sextape in 2006. Someone sold him out and Dustin's naked barebacking pics have surfaced online. An accompanying sex tape release is rumored to be in the works.

Dustin Lance Black's actions contradict his message. He's an outspoken advocate of not only LGBT rights, but safe sex! Dustin's photos show that him and his partner were not using protection.

Dustin released the following statement: "It is unfortunate that individuals and other outside parties are trying to profit from material which is clearly private. I have had the privilege to speak to people across the country, both gay and straight, on a number of critical issues including safe sex. More important than the embarrassment of this incident is the misleading message these images send. I apologize and cannot emphasize enough the importance of responsible sexual practices."

It's not like Dustin picked some dude up off the street and took naked pictures with him. He was probably in a committed relationship and responsible, committed people get tested before engaging in unprotected sex. More important, it's none of anyone's business who the man is on film and what his relationship with Dustin was. His private, intimate affairs should not impede his important message.

Also, not enough gay sex tapes get released! We need cameras rolling in the hotel rooms of homophobic gay Republicans.
