Okay. Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin have filed for divorce today after a few months of heavy media scrutiny, tabloid covers and stress. Is this really sad? Did reality TV rip their marriage apart?
Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin filed for divorce this afternoon in Reading, Pa. They have been married for 10 years and I guess they hate each other so much that they couldn't wait to do this until AFTER their divorce episode airs tonight? How dare they! Jon & Kate Plus 8 ratings continue to plummet... maybe they did this so that more people will tune in tonight? Hmmmm. Sorry for the speculation, all. I suffer from chronic bloggeritis.
Life & Style reports that Jon Gosselin will be moving to Manhattan. He is going to be working in NYC and visiting his eight kids with Kate on the weekends. What we can gather from these details is that Jon gets the privacy that he wants cause it's doubtful he'll appear in Jon & Kate Plus 8 episodes after he moves, well, the Jon & Kate episodes that are left to be filmed that is; Kate gets the kids whom she can still pimp out, the million dollar mansion and Jon gets some self-respect.
I dunno whether this is sad or equally beneficial to Jon and Kate who may both be much better off with people they're each more compatible with?

It is sad because if you have followed this show like I have since its first episode 5 years ago then then you would understand how depressing it actually is. When the show first air you could just see the love in the whole family (regardless of Kate being a bitch they really loved each other) and then out of no where they hate each other and are breaking up. I find that extremley sad! You can blame each other but at the end of the day it just shows that forever isn't always forever so you should enjoy the time you are together.

Sorry for any typos. I am slammed at work and am exhausted from my weekend of drinking. Friday and Saturday is way too much. I did get a picture with someone famous this weekend at a new club (I am a celebrity WHORE)! I have no shame and will approach anyone:)!! Anyways, forgive the typos.

This is really sad! Jon and Kate have hopefully learned the valuable lesson of the price of fame. They may have been given plenty of free rides, but there are consequences to everything. I feel worst for the kids because the divorce kind of taints the whole show for them. They'll always look at that show as the thing that ruining their parents' marriage.
