Meh, bitch could just be sparking up a rolled smoke. If Kate is really as tight with the money as they say he probably has to buy baggies to fuel a tobacco fix. Especially with the divorce set to be announced Monday (or so they say). You know Kate has tightened the purses tighter then she was gripping his balls through their years together, now that the money train is slowly to a halt.

I think Jon should be able to do whatever he wants to as long as it isn't affecting his children's well-being. After what he's been thru, with Kate constantly bitching at him & treating him like a red-haired stepchild, he probably needs a decent high once in awhile.
