Michael Jackson died today after suffering a heart attack earlier this afternoon. He was only 50 years old.
When paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.
Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.
Jackson had 13 number one hits during his solo career.
I just can't stop crying right now. More on this tomorrow. So sad!

markN, hopefully someone really cries tears of joy when you pass. There are real tears of joy being shed for MJ as he may be in a much better place than this hell hole at times, here on earth, especially when people like yourself show so little compassion.
I know, I know, he was accused of unspeakable things, but, here's the thing...nothing was ever proven, the man lived in a bubble, the way the news media is nowadays, who knows the truth? It's all a game. May he rest in peace...finally. As to IF there are victims, maybe they will find peace. I've never been sure he was guilty of anything more than trying to have a childhood far beyond the normal time for one; can't say as I'd want to live his life, for sure.
Don't misunderstand...not condoning anything...but not convicting without very, very, very, concrete proof. Didn't really see that, honestly.
His contributions to music are undeniable, a true innovator and talent. Today's wannabes owe much to him, as he said he owed to James Brown. But none, NONE, touch the man for talent.
And I was only the casual fan..imagine what his intense ones feel.
God watch over his children, his family, his soul...rest in peace. Finally.

This is just so heart breaking..the world lost one of the greatest musical talents ever to grace the face of the earth today. Rest in peace, Michael Jackson, The forever king of pop.

I am too shocked to cry. It still seems so unreal to me. Like, this is not happening. It just hasn't sunk in yet, I suppose. Even when I saw them putting the body in that truck, it just couldn't be Michael. It's like my brain's just not registering this.No way. :(

It is a horrible tragedy! I can't believe it. Beyond any of the things that happened to him during his life he was a consumate musican and talent. I love his music and it always gets everyone up to dance. I can't believe we lost two great people today...just horrible!
