Perez Hilton Will.i.am Fight Video Responses
Perez Hilton and Will.i.am each recorded videos of their account of Perez Hilton's alleged physical attack by Will.i.am and his bodyguards.
I have yet to sit through either of the videos - Perez's video is 11 minutes - but I have transcripts. Also, Tila Tequila Tweeted that Will.i.am is with her and he did not touch Perez and that was simply a lookalike who hit Mr. Hilton.
Here's what Perez Hilton said.
“I’ve been doing this for five years now and nothing like this has ever happened to me.”
“Will.i.am made a video and he lied. Will.i.am is a coward and a disgusting human being for lying.”
“I have 10 million plus people that visit my website every day. I don’t need press, I don’t need publicity. I don’t need or want this. I didn’t ask for this. I didn’t deserve this. I like writing about other people’s drama, I don’t want drama in my own life…
Will.i.am [according to Perez] “I need you to never write about my band on your website again…”
“He’s like ‘you need to respect me…’”
“‘You know what, no… I don’t respect you.’
“That’s when I made the split second decision that I was going to say the worst possible thing that thug would ever want to hear. I was standing my ground without being violent or physical which I would never do.
“I told him, ‘you know what, I don’t need to respect you, and you’re a fag. You’re gay and stop being such a faggot.’
“I knew it was going to set him off but I didn’t want to get into a fight with this person.
“We leave the club. As soon as we leave, there’s Will.i.am again outside the club. He followed us outside.
“Then his manager, Polo.. from behind comes up to me, clocks me in the eye right here and punches me two or three times…
“I am in shock… I touch my eye and it was bleeding. I think my eye might be falling out of my head…
“Nothing like this has ever happened before. It is unacceptable and talk about unprofessional…
“Will.i.am f’ck you, you f’cking lied, you f’cking motherf’cker.
It sounds like Perez wants to make peace.
Here's what Will.i.am. said on his video which was posted on TMZ:
“This dude twists it and says that I assaulted him, when I was the one who came to him with respect and he was the one that called me a faggot outside the club.
“I hit you Perez? Come on dude I didn’t hit you…
“Apparently you were bleeding outside the club. I was like next you to by a tree waiting for my car. instead of calling the police you twitted that I assaulted you.
“Sounds like somebody wants mad attention and is not really concerned about his health. I didn’t hit you and this is very wrong that you are twitting that I did that. Once again disrespecting me and everything I stand for…
“Shame on you… that’s just messed up.”

Thanks for the insight of how the Black Eyed Peas are in person! I guess appearances on TV match their actual "in the flesh" persona, as well. On the heels of this Will.i.am incident, Perez's true colors as a person are now on full display to the world. And yeah, negativity and controversy are two of his pill-popping "drugs" to fuel his livelihood. He's truly a shameful person.

You are absolutely right. Celebrities use Perez to further their careers, and it's essentially a one-sided relationship without anything symbiotic about it at all. When stars only use someone for business-related maneuvers (as in this case), it just speaks volumes of how they really are as human beings.

This is exactly it. I think you hit the nail on the head. It's a combination of him being used by them and them wanting to stay on his good side and he does turn on people. Real quick.He did it to Adam Lambert pretty bad when he didn't come out of the closet the way he wanted him too. Who does Perez think he is?
I do enjoy a lot of blogs out there. A lot of them, like this one, are all in good fun. Perez is just mean at times in the way he goes after people trying to ruin them.He takes it too far at times. It's like he's on a power trip sometimes.

I can't seem to figure out why so many celebrities allow him in their inner circles. He is such a nasty person. Why is Lady Gaga hanging around with him? Same with Katy Perry? I don't get it.
Don't you think they're scared of him? When it comes to Perez, it's REALLY tricky. You want to be on his good side and that's the side on which you want to remain. The problem with all that is that Perez turns against everyone. So I hope that Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and the like realize that they must be friends with him forever if they don't wanna receive his wrath on his website.
Perez Hilton is also used by Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and etc. People only want to use him. On one hand he may be flattered by the attention, on the other he knows that deep down they think he sucks and he's only kissed up to by media outlets cause he generates so much buzz. It's sad.

Craig, your comment about Will seeming like a chill pacifist who is non violent is so spot on. I don't know the man personally, but was a huge BEP fan in their early days (pre-Fergie) and would go to all of their shows when they came to town. After meeting all three of the guys on several occassions (they were always cool about coming out and talking to fans after their shows ) they struck me as 3 of nicest, most down to earth and coolest guys I’ve ever met in the industry. The success they are having now couldn't have happened to three nicer guys.
When I heard this Perez story, that was first thing I thought about. It just didn't sound like Will.I.Am. It didn't sound like any of the members of the BEP's. Perez Hilton is a shit stirrer who thrives off of drama and negativity. It just seems to follow him around and so this was bound to happen to him at some point because he is such a mean spirited person. I was on the TMZ site and not one person, not ONE, felt any sympathy for him.

Despite the fact Perez is gay and is a strong supporter of their rights, maybe he feels in his mind that the word "faggot" cuts across sexual orientation lines and is also insulting to heterosexuals.
I know, it's odd Perez of all people used that slur because he is from that background too. We all know he has always been kinda insane in the membrane anyways, right?
