The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Danielle Staub has temporarily stopped her ex-boyfriend from releasing her sex tape.
Yesterday a judge ordered an injunction banning the release of any sexually explicit footage featuring Danielle, 46, and her ex Stephen Zalewski, 27.
Staub says the tape was "unauthorized and it was taken with his cellphone." Staub has filed a lawsuit against Zalewski, claiming that he is trying to get back at her and her two daughters after she dumped him last year. Staub is accusing him invasion of privacy, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The news comes a day after the Smoking Gun website uncovered legal documents that confirm Staub was involved in a kidnapping plot that grew out of a botched cocaine deal and worked for an escort service.
Danielle's sex tape sounds so weird. Recorded on a cellphone? The quality must be awful. Unfortunately she was just trying to be a cougar but she got with the wrong pup. What's the term for a dude who dates a ho who is old enough to be his mother? Golddiggo?

I think this is the first time I have heard about this happening. Courts are either too slow or their hands are tied. Well done her and her trifflin' butt for getting this surpressed.
