Gwyneth Paltow Cooking Video

Gwyneth Paltrow has posted a video on her website Goop.com, instructing us on how to make her quick roast chicken and potatoes.

Is there anything quick about de-boning a chicken (which she actually butterflied) and peeling potatoes? Did she wash her hands and the cutting board after handling the chicken? Lord help us if she ends up with her own show on the Food Network. I'll stick to KFC and hopefully Gwyn sticks to acting.
