Heidi Pratt seems to think she's the next Susan Powter and wants to have her own workout series.
"Staying fit is something I'm really passionate about. I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week"
Now she's planning to share the specifics of her routine of "full-body, intense resistance exercises" in a new downloadable workout series developed with trainer Chad Waterbury.
I dunno what the rest of you think, but I think she's full of sh*t. No way in hell is she doing 90 minute workouts 5 days a week! This is just another Heidi and Spencer scam to make money.

It's doutful for me, too. Becoming motivated by Hedi Pratt to do anything is probably not in the cards for most clear-thinking peeps. And wouldn't she have to be like one of those female bodybuilder types on ESPN to pull off a similar workout regiment of that magnitude on a consistent basis anyways?
I would imagine those 90 minutes for five days a week are probably spent in conceiving more methods to continue being annoying to the general public everywhere!
