Uh oh, someone got a little too close for Justin Timberlake's comfort!
So what did the pap do? Get a pic of Justin from the wrong angle? Tell Justin he could tap Jessica's ass better than he can? The world may never know but whatever it was, it definitely got Justin heated.

The pap photographer almost looks like he's related to Britney Spears ex, who is in the same occupation and it appears the dude's got some attitude, as well! Justin was clearly and understandably pissed, but fortunately for him he displayed enough restraint as he didn't full-out brawl with the photog at all. It comes in the territory for Justin and he probably almost reached his breaking point with this incident.
But yeah, this incident actually coincides with a proposed resolution that made news in the last couple days here in California that would restrict paps and asess fines of up to $50k for their dangerous and/or intrusive behaviors. Whether it's a violation of the paps' First Amendment rights or not is questionable right now as celebs are fair game and they are also public figures. So time will tell.
But that pap may not be able to get up into another celeb's face for much longer if this resolution is ratified, without fearing his bank account will be drained or that he would be put out of business with his behavior!
