Lindsay Lohan's Being Sued

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a woman named Jennifer Sunday for stealing the Sevin Nyne self tanner formula from her.

Jennifer claims that Lindsay Lohan and a Las Vegas business woman who does air-brush tanning for celebs, stole the formula for Sevin Nyne self tanner from her. Little miss chemist is looking to get some cash from profits they've made on their fake bake product.

"We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product. If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client's formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds."

If this self tanner makes you look anything like Lindsay, nobody is gonna buy it. Who wants to walk around looking like a giant carrot on crack all the time?
