Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and former Miss Teen USA 2002 Kari Ann Peniche are all seen nekkid on video in an alleged threesome sex tape. But Kari Ann says that their sexy times didn't include sex and Eric says the same thing AND Eric's lawyer also concedes. I've suddenly gone flaccid.
Kari Ann, Playboy model turned real life hooker, says that the video was filmed over two years ago at her sex dungeon apartment. Kari claims that the video was on the hard drive of her computer which was stolen by her former roommate, Mindy McCready.
Eric Dane owns full rights to the video and his lawyer says he'll sue the panties or boxers of the bloggers or anyone who posts or distributes the pre-orgy tape.
Eric's lawyer issued the following statement yesterday afternoon:
"This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public.
"Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."
The uncensored video with Eric's bare burrito is supposed to be posted online today. If it's a nude tape or a sex tape, it doesn't matter. It's Eric Dane, I'll take it!
