Lindsay Lohan's Hollywood Hills home was busted up into early Sunday morning. This is not the first time the crackhead has been robbed.

"Many of her personal belongings were taken without remorse," the rep says. "Lindsay and her sister Ali Lohan were fortunate that they weren't in the home when this incident happened."

Lindsay reportedly called Papa Lohan and he gave an interview to Radar magazine where he said it was an inside Job and that Lindz is "very upset and feels extremely violated."

The police are in custody of the surveillance footage.
