We’re sad to announce that the fate of both Megan Wants a Millionaire and I Love Money 3 have been determined: both have been canceled and will not make it to air.

Vh1 has issued the following statement today:

I read it was an outside production company that filmed this show for Vh1 and I doubt they perform comprehensive background checks, ala FBI or Homeland Security style, but see where you're coming from though, Fire. Agreed that heads must have rolled(no pun intended) after this incident!

I know it would be in poor taste and it was really weird for me to watch Ryan Jenkins over the weekend.
I can't believe Vh1 is so shitty with its background checks. This could have all been avoided and they wasted SO much money on filming, production and editing two entire seasons of two shows. They must really be feeling it and I wonder if some folks who work in the casting department got axed - they should have.

It would be morbid and awkward to watch I Love Money 3 with Ryan Jenkins on it. Vh1 made the correct decision.
