Avril Lavigne & Deryck Whibley: Heading For Divorce

Another one bites the dust! Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley are dunzo, or at least they will be very, very soon.

The two are heading for Splitsville but everyone saw this coming. Avril kicked his ass to the curb, literally, and it's time to file the big D papers!

"She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on." Lavigne, 25, forced him out of their $9.5 million, 12,000-square-foot estate in L.A.'s Bel Air.  "Divorce papers will be filed any day now."

I'm not a fan of getting married when your under the age of 25. People think they're all grown up once their out of high school or college and don't realize that life has really just begun. They got married before they even got a chance to get their partying on and stranger banging out of the way.
