Beyonce was performing in Sydney, Australia, when her 8 year-old fan Chelsea was brought on stage. Chelsea is suffering from Leukemia, so Sasha Fierce got down on her knees and sang a powerful, personalized version of her hit song, "Halo."

Beyonce already proved she is a good person by ceding part of her acceptance speech time to Taylor Swift at the VMAs last week, but her singing to that leukemia girl was just icing on the cake to that end, though. Moving, and good for Beyonce for showing such a benevolent gesture too!
