DJ AM Death May Have Been Suicide
More information is coming out regarding DJ AM's death, and it may have been suicide.
Sources believe that the amount of drugs found in his system and how quickly he took them, are signs that he was trying to kill himself.
The finding suggests that DJ AM – real name Adam Goldstein – swallowed the powerful painkillers quickly. "He wanted to die," says the source, who says the suicide theory is supported by the pills and other evidence. "He was going unconscious when he took the last one. He didn't even swallow it."
A crack pipe was found laying next to AM at the time of his death, and they also found crack underneath his body when he was moved. I personally don't think he tried to commit suicide, I wonder if it was more of a drug binge gone wrong.

Sadly, I've thought DJ AM's death has been suicide since his death mainly for the reason that it has never appeared that foul play was ever involved. Not a good frame of mind of the incident on my part, but I guess I have mainly based it off the drug paraphenlia that was found alongside his body.
His death may have been ruled inconclusive by New York authorities now, but certainly if they discovered any outside trauma to his body, it would have been leaked and made headline news already. Right?
He attempted suicide at age 24 and hardly anyone ingests a large consumption of drugs without it being deliberate, so it would lead me to believe that AM knew precisely what he was placing in his own body.
An accidental death just doesn't jive with me.

Wow, this story is just getting sadder and sadder.I'm thinking this was suicide too now firecracker, for the same reason you gave. He has attempted this before. People mag is reporting that he was found with letters and pictures of his ex-girlfriend surrounding his body. That seriously sucks if this was over some girl. :(

I think it was suicide! DJ AM tried to kill himself when he was 24 years old. He put a loaded gun in his mouth, pulled the trigger, but the gun didn't go off.

I'm scratching my head over this one. It could have been accidental and I feel so bad for him that at the moment, I am still giving him the benifit of the doubt.
