Blake Lively's dress is awe-inspiring. Her hair was styled in a cheap looking hideous braid that some stylist was overpaid to put in, but her look was simple, sexy and glamorous.

And Neil Patrick Harris and his multi-talented self did a great job hosting the Emmy's. The crowd was stiff and he knew how to handle the bad jokes like a veteran emcee.
