It's officially dunzo with Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley as Avril has filed for Divorce citing 'irreconcilable differences'. The couple was married for 3 years but they had been together for 6.

We knew this was coming since reports came out a few weeks ago but there are rumors that Avril is already getting her vag filled by a new dude. Star magazine reports that Avril is hooking up with Dole food company heir Justin Murdock.

In light of the divorce filing hitting the 'net, Avril posted a message regarding the split on her blog.

"Deryck and I have been together for 6 and a half years. We have been friends since I was 17, started dating when I was 19, and married when I was 21. I am grateful for our time together, and I am grateful and blessed for our remaining friendship. I admire Deryck and have a great amount of respect for him. He is the most amazing person I know and I love him with all my heart."

I don't understand why famous folk say they're friends with their ex and will love them forever? Apparently you don't if you're splitting up! I want someone to humor me with a letter about how lazy their ex was, they had toe jam that smelled like Fritos and were horrible in bed. The whole best friends who still love each other crap is for the birds.
