Jon Gosselin Must Return $180k to Kate Gosselin
Jon Gosselin withdrew $232k out of his joint bank account with Kate Gosselin, then appeared on various shows claiming that his bank statements prove otherwise and that he doesn't want to reveal the truth and "embarrass Kate."
But the man whore has embarrassed himself and a Pennsylvania judge ordered him to return $180k to the joint bank account he shares with estranged wife Kate Gosselin.
Kate's lawyer said,
"The remaining sum of $55,000, which Ms. Gosselin used for household bills and expenses relating to the children, will be subject to further determination by the arbitrator at a later date."
Kate also said that she's "pleased" that the Court "ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children" and that she intends to return to private arbitration to resolve any remaining issues.
Jon must pay up by Oct. 26 or he may face potential contempt charges. Kate must also detail her expenses by the same date.
I wanted to believe that Jon didn't take all that money. I just didn't think that he could possibly be dumber than he's perceived to be, but he fooled me.

jons true colours are coming out..where is his 'girfriend' now?? he's trying to lie low because of the hearing, but most people can see through him at this point. i always thought kate was kind of a hag to jon, however, now that we see him as he really is, i don't blame her at all. he IS beneath her! He always whines about how many kids he had at 27..hello! kate had them too you idiot and you don't hear her whining....grow up and shut up jon...you're a jerk and a man-whore...

I would like to know where the "hidden" money is. I IMHO do NOT think that Kate is telling the "whole truth and nothing but" I think she has $1M or more somewhere. Why can't Jon have his share. They are BOTH in the wrong. Kate is definitely not an angel in my eyes as a mother. I hated the way she was always yelling and treating Jon like he was of lessor status than she was on that show. I am sad that they ended their relationship, they should have cancelled the show a long time ago "before" they separated and turned this into a huge debacle. It takes "TWO" to marry and "TWO" to screw it up.

Glad that the truth come out, Jon, isn;t a nice person, talking bad about the mother of his children, is never a good thing!!I was under the impression, his lawyer Mr Keller,couldn;t practice law due to misconduct with his clients for 5 years, and if he is back practice law is in New York, and the law suite isn;t ,well wrong lawyer, wrong advise, unfortunally is going to cost Mr Gosselin his family BUT than he wasn;t thinking of them when he stole $180.000.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
