If Stephanie Birkitt had a job on the Late Show with David Letterman, it's not available now!
TMZ is reporting that Stephanie Birkitt has been banned from the set where the Late Show is filmed. They have enough to deal with since Dave has talked about the scandal on his show, and I'm sure they don't need her there to add to the drama.
In other sex with your assistant news, sources say Joe Halderman began the extortion plot as a way to get revenge on Dave for having affairs with his staff.
"This wasn't about money, not money alone. This was revenge. It was about making Letterman miserable. "He wants to hurt Letterman as much as he can, and he wanted to hurt the girl, too," said the source.
The only thing that could make this whole employee humping saga any better, is if there's a Stephanie Birkitt & Dave Letterman sex tape hitting the Internet. Watching Dave have sex is a repulsive thought but it's just like a car accident... You don't want to look but you can't pull your eyes away from the carnage.

Julie Chen is just as big a scum bag, how come no one discusses what SHE did? She broke up CBS President Les Moonves’ 24 year marriage and married him herself. (Talk about serious job security.) We need to step back and remember that all women are not poor innocent victims in situations like this.
Come on people…you know the types. We’ve seen these saucy vamps in action, and how disgusted do we get, because we can clearly see what’s happening, but can’t do a damn thing about it? Some of these women are very conniving and savvy man eaters, and not naïve muppets who just fall into these men’s laps. No WAY are women in this industry naive. Women can be very vindictive, and make devious, very calculated efforts to get next to these men (their relationship/marriage and family be damned), especially if they think their careers will benefit from it. And men are often times quite oblivious to their true intentions and machinations. SOMEtimes, they think they’re just ‘getting a piece’. Not necessarily saying Ms. Birkitt is like this, but I think she, like many women, would (and did) jump at the opportunity to be with (and bed) what they perceive to be a ‘powerful’ or ‘famous’ wealthy man.
I can’t subscribe to the notion that the ‘poor woman is getting screwed over and the man goes free.’ Not in this case. We don’t really know how Joe Halderman got hold of her diary pages, and I can understand CBS erring on the side of caution. If there’s even a REMOTE chance that Ms. Birkitt was involved in this (ie, GAVE Halderman her diary and thus the ammunition to create this firestorm), then she SHOULD be banned from the building.
