Rihanna wore a dress that looks like something she pulled from an aisle at her local Home Depot.

Rihanna's dress resembles house blinds and those folding fans. It's a little too busy for my preference, and it looks messy at the bottom. You could clothe a small village of babies in Africa with all the material that went into her frock. But I digress.

Rihanna was in New York last night to pick up her Woman of the Year award from Glamour magazine. Tyra Banks, Serena Williams and many others also showed up.

    Yeah, this totally looks like something from a supermarket episode of Project Runway. I'm getting a vision of coffee filters. But good for her for making it work.
