Miley Cyrus wore a low-cut dress when she met the Queen of England yesterday. Miley and Lady Gaga performed at the Royal Variety Awards in London.
Miley looked a little too casual for such a formal meeting and her outfit for the show was even worse. Miley Cyrus is clearly very comfortable with her body, which I think is great, but she's a little too comfortable.
But it was 17-year-old Miley Cyrus who wore the most daring outfit of the night.
Her tiny hotpants revealed the young stars thighs as she performed raunchy dance moves onstage. It is not known what the Royal audience made of the show.

Miley Cyrus is the most annoying celebrity. She is a shitty role model for younger kids I think....
I hate her raspy 50 yr old smoker/drinker voice. Plus her songs SUCK (IMHO). And why would you claim your favorite "Jay-Z song is on" in your song when you say you have "never" listened to him?! With that, who the hell has "never" heard a Jay-Z song? He's only been around for what-almost 20 years...
I don't see why you would choose either of the outfits she wore to meet the Queen. Have some respect for elders and yourself.
