Now this is a title I can get behind. Serena Williams is a force to be reckoned with and if you don’t like it, she just may “shove a ball down your throat” and she’ll “swear to God” that she will.

The Associated Press has named Serena Williams its Female Athlete of the Year. Serena first won the title in 2002. Serena said,
“I’m just happy and blessed to even be playing seven years later. All this is a bonus, really. In 2002, I just was really dominant, and I think in 2009, I just brought that back. I kind of became that player again.”
Serena Williams holds the No.1 spot in the WTA rankings and she made $6.5 million in prize money this year, breaking the single-season tour record by more than 1 million bones. This year she has won Wimbledon, the Australian Open and the season-ending tour championships. Congrats!
