Tila Tequila isn't the only one who's fighting her ex. Shawne Merriman is fighting right back. San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman claims that Tila is lie-telling and her accusations are bad for business. Tila said that Shawne "chocked and attacked" her, "sleeps with minors and forces them to take drugs," and makes drugs in his home.

Tila alleged that Shawne beat her, but her first lawsuit against Merriman was thrown out due to insufficient evidence. Shawne also claims in the docs that Tila admitted her lying scheme, at one time stating, "yes that is why I did a 'spin' now ... cuz now everyone is LOVINGGGG me."

Merriman is suing for intentional interference with contract and unfair competition as well as trademark infringement. Shawne claims that Tila Tequila used his famous "Lights Out" logo on her website without his permission. Merriman also claims Tila's accusations screwed up a deal to produce a line of T-shirts for Walmart.

Tila is suing Shawne again, but this time around she's suing him for $1.5 million. A few alleged hits aren't worth that much money, but I do kind of love how Tila's the ex-girlfriend from hell. Good thing she announced that she's a full-time lesbian. Crazy b*tches may agree to take Tila on but no self-respecting dude would even take her to his crib for Ambien sex.
