Artie Lange Attempted Suicide

Howard Stern's funny fat man Artie Lange was hospitalized over the weekend and at first, nobody would give a reason as to why. Word has spread this morning that Artie ended up in the hospital after an apparent suicide attempt.

Artie's mom frantically called 911 after finding Artie covered in blood when she stopped by his apartment Saturday morning. 

Lange sustained six "hesitation wounds" and three deep plunges. Surgeons managed to save Lange, despite heavy bleeding.

It's sad enough he tried to commit suicide, but stabbing yourself nine times is some hardcore sh*t. Many comedians battle depression, but it's hard to see when their job is to make you laugh. Get your brain in check Artie, and get some help. You may be a fat, stinky bastard, but we still love ya!
